5. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Delivery and installation dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate measurements, site access, and readiness for delivery.

7. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
a) Cancellations
Order cancellations are subject to approval and may incur cancellation fees.
Deposits for custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable.
b) Returns & Refunds
Custom-made, personalized, or special-order items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless defective.
Standard products may be eligible for return within [X] days of delivery, subject to inspection and approval.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and original packaging.
